The book is authored by Aishwarya Srivastava, a lawyer who graduated from the National Law Institute University (NLIU), Bhopal, and practices before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court and certain tribunals besides serving as a panel counsel for the Central Government and Dr Shailendra Srivastava who is a retired Indian Police Service (IPS) officer of the 1986 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre, who served as Director General of Police after a distinguished career spanning over 35 years.
