The main events of the competition will begin at 6 am on October 11 for the sub-junior boys and girls, consisting of 300 meters of swimming and 3 kilometres of running
Bhopal:
National Sub-Junior and Junior Aquathlon Championship will be held for the second time in Bhopal from October 10 to 12 at Prakash Taran Pushkar, Tulsi Nagar under the aegis of Indian Triathlon Association, organized by the Madhya Pradesh Triathlon Association.
According to secretary of Madhya Pradesh Triathlon Association JP Saxena, boys, coaches, managers and 50 technical officials from 23 states will participate in the competition.
The Association will provide free accommodation, food, local transportation, kits, medal and certificates to all the players and officials.
The first day of the competition will see managers meeting and the participants being shown the route for running.
The main events of the competition will begin at 6 am on October 11 for the sub-junior boys and girls, consisting of 300 meters of swimming and 3 kilometres of running.
Similarly, the junior aquathlon consisting of 750 meters of swimming and 5 kilometres of running will start at 6 am on October 12.
Swimming will take place at Prakash Taran Pushkar while running will take place on Link Road No. 1.

Junior Girls – Kanakshree Dharwal, Pratha Harod, Durvisha Pawar
Sub-Junior Boys – Aarushi Godawat, Devansh Gupta, Hemant Mali
Sub-Junior Girls – Manava Pabale, Jitika Yadav, Anvi Khanduri
Manoj Jha is the team coach while Prabhu Mulchandani is the manager. The main organisers of the events include OP Awasthi, Manoj Karaiya and Sudhir Nema.
